Packages and Price List for Weddings

Please find below details regarding the packages we can offer starting with our first package, depending on your needs or budget will determine your choice of package, helping you choose the one that is right for you. However please keep in mind they are not set in gold, we can offer flexibility if there is something in our packages that you do not require. Equally we like to keep our packages relatively basic so that you have control of the overall costs and what is included by adding as little or as much as you like to the arrangements of your special day. Our company’s standards are based on the service we offer you, not what is included in the package, that’s just a bonus!

Below our package options you will find our price list for additional extras you may require to add to your special day such as photography, hairdresser, additional or alternative flowers, additional transport……. All costs are quoted in Euros.

Package 1
This package includes:

• Booking and confirming the wedding date and time with the relevant town hall, church or hotel venue.
• Written confirmation from our company by email and post confirming booking.
• All information provided regarding documentation required and a reminder of when the process should begin!
• Checking all required documentation received with the relevant authorities before arrival to Cyprus providing valuable piece of mind.
• Pre-arranged meeting with relevant authorities and assistance with submitting documentation.
• In-depth meeting at chosen accommodation with wedding planner to finalize details and wedding day procedures. Meeting date and time to be confirmed with you before your arrival to Cyprus by your personal wedding planner which will normally take place the following day of your arrival.
• Assistance and arrangement of all additional extra options such as photographer, hair dresser, beautician, florist, and transportation……if required!
• Assistance with choosing the right reception venue to suit your budget and tastes!.
• Attendance of wedding planner on the day of wedding ceremony.
• Bridal bouquet, round posy carnations – (upgrades available to an alternative flower if required)
  Boutonnière for Groom, carnation
• One Tier wedding cake decorated with white or ivory icing.
• Bottle of sparkling wine to toast.
• Chauffer Driven Bridal Car -just married plates, ribbons, air-conditioning and leather interior. The car will transport you from your accommodation to the ceremony venue and return to your reception venue or chosen accommodation. If the Bridal car is not required due a grounds hotel ceremony your personal wedding planner will arrange to transport you to the relevant municipality to submit the necessary documentation required in order for your ceremony to take place and return you to your accommodation.
• On hand advice and guidance from when booking with our company up until your arrival and during your stay in Cyprus.

Service and 1st package cost € 790.00
Package 2
Our second option package is better suited to those that require that little bit more additional services and extras as seen below!
This package includes:

• Booking and confirming the wedding date and time with the relevant town hall, church or hotel venue.
• Written confirmation from our company by email and post confirming booking.
• All information provided regarding documentation required and a reminder of   when the process should begin!
• Checking all required documentation received with the relevant authorities before arrival to Cyprus providing valuable piece of mind.
• Pre-arranged meeting with relevant authorities and assistance with submitting documentation.
• In-depth meeting at chosen accommodation with wedding coordinator to finalize details and wedding day procedures. Meeting date and time to be confirmed with you before your arrival  to Cyprus by your personal wedding planner which will normally take place the following day of your arrival.
• Assistance and arrangement of all additional extra requirements such as photographer, hair dresser, beautician, florist, and transportation……if required!
• Film shown of a previous ceremony on DVD in the comfort of our wedding planner office or your chosen accommodation, no time for rehearsal!
• A personal escort provided by your wedding planner to the chosen wedding venue before the day of the wedding.
• A personal escort provided by your wedding planner to any relevant additional meetings with church officials, chosen hotel venue or chosen reception venue where applicable.
• A personal escort provided by your wedding planner to a choice of reputable venues available for the wedding reception if not already chosen beforehand with our company!   
• Personal escort to local authorities to process marriage licence and submit required documentation.
• Assistance and attendance of wedding planner on day of wedding.
• Round posy roses for the Bride, (upgrades available to alternative style or flower if required).
• Boutonnière rose for the Groom.
• Floral arrangement decoration for the venue.
• Two-tier wedding cake decorated with white or ivory icing.
• Sparkling wine toast for Bride & Groom.
• Chauffer driven Bridal car decorated-just married plates, ribbons, air-conditioning and leather interior. The car will transport you from your accommodation to the ceremony venue and return to your reception venue. If the car is not required due to a hotel grounds ceremony a deduction on the package price will be made OR alternatively used as one way transportation to a chosen reception venue for Bride and Groom.
• On hand advice and guidance from when booking with our company up until your arrival and during your stay in Cyprus.

Service and 2nd package cost €1,280.00

(Please expect a possible change in prices of approximately 5-7% on selected items for 2010 weddings)

 Photography

From any of the above packages chosen approximately triple the amount of photo shots will be taken in order to choose your selection.

Upgrades available to an alternative flower or style should you prefer anything other than what is already included in your chosen package. In this case you will not be asked to pay the full amount again for your preferred option, only an additional cost will apply as the cost of the posy you are entitled to will be taken into account.
